We will not advanced on Russian territories with European - international interests with respect to requests from the Ukraine & Russian fronts at war over this conflict 

Vladimir Putin & the Russian Government have valid requests while those signing with to protect the Ukraine also yet this situation requires a different approach to a seize fire & effort to re-establish new efforts including a new potential Nuclear War - Treaty while Nuclear weapons are available alongside strategic sanctions in order to establish peace between countries borders & airspace

FINANCIAL ASPECT - UKRAINE & RUSSIA

The financial gains & losses on both sides of the borders of Russia & Ukraine are massive with gain above losses including body counts in loss of life 

The resolution includes meeting Vladimir Putin's requests alongside a newly established design for Ukraine without Western Powers instigating total war for profits

THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION

To knock down, dismantle, sanction & control then hold down the Russia economy & ability to sustain a quality of life is fear based in favor of first world countries banding together to ensure the Russians cannot invade or take control of Public - Private + Personal Sector interests outside their countries borders & airspace affecting those within Russia as a result

There is an on-going push pull factor for total control in use of scenarios of what if in the event the scenario unravels despite Russian ability to focus on imports - exports alongside sustainability of only their countries borders & airspace rather than outside effectively whole other countries borders & airspace connect effectively with open dialogue accomplishing the same effort

This created & caused all areas of conflict alongside Russian interest in taking back annexed lands from an older map & territory from Ukraine which is rightfully Russian versus Ukraine

Fears that Russian or other countries & groups could take control of another countries Public - Private + Personal Sectors & borders & airspace covertly led to this situation

Fear of executions or neurological technology enslavement crippling ecomomies & voiding the strength & quality of life of a countries borders & airpace pertaining to the effective economy & Public - Private + Personal Sectors while people are killed & others replace them for total control
